Latest Deal: Bridgenext acquires CloudX
Bridgenext, a US-based product, data, and AI engineering company, has acquired CloudX, an enterprise agentic AI software provider based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
CloudX specializes in deploying agentic AI solutions at enterprise scale, with particular depth in healthcare. The acquisition adds roughly 25% to Bridgenext’s engineering headcount and expands its nearshore presence in Argentina, complementing its other delivery centers.
