From 1998 to August 2022, he held key leadership roles as an Officer, CEO, and President in regional technology companies, including Impsat, Global Crossing, Latinware and Grupo BGH, where he successfully managed operations with up to 2,000 employees and drove regional expansion strategies across Latin America for these companies. Since 1998, he has actively participated on the boards of several technology companies, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit. He has also founded startups such as Conexia and Latinware, further expanding their operations throughout Latin America. His extensive experience spans M&A, IPOs, private financing, and inorganic corporate strategy, making him a seasoned leader in fostering growth and transformation within the technology sector.

Sebastian Gryngarten

Managing Partner

With over 20 years of expertise in technology and digital transformation, he founded Cubika in 1999, which was later acquired by GlobalLogic in 2010. He directed GlobalLogic’s growth in Latin America through 2018. Over the years, he has founded multiple startups and served as an angel investor and advisor to entrepreneurs across various industries. He has extensive experience in leading international company growth, M&A, and financing. Since 2018, he has been an active board member and advisor, shaping strategic decisions and guiding innovation. Additionally, he is actively involved in regional tech and investment associations, enhancing industry collaboration and development.

Hugo Besana

With over 25 years of experience as a CFO with a commercial focus and an MBA, he has built a national and international career, including roles as CFO of Tetra Pak in the UK and Ireland, leading an operational merger and SAP implementation, and CFO of Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE) in Argentina, managing daily asset trading exceeding $20 billion. Known for developing teams and fostering organizational success, he has also served on Boards of Directors, contributing to strategic decision-making and business growth.

He has been a public voice that has helped modelling Argentina profile as a nearshore hub and is reckoned as the creator of one of the most vibrant software technology parks in Argentina. Known for his visionary and team-oriented leadership, he served as a strategy advisor or board member to many companies in the region. Ernesto is a founding member of CUGO, the Uruguayan corporate governance association, and was elected its first Chairman of the audit committee.
