Since 1998, he has actively participated on the boards of several technology companies, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit. He has also founded startups such as Conexia and Latinware, further expanding their operations throughout Latin America. His extensive experience spans M&A, IPOs, private financing, and inorganic corporate strategy, making him a seasoned leader in fostering growth and transformation within the technology sector.

With over 20 years of expertise in technology and digital transformation, he founded Cubika in 1999, which was later acquired by GlobalLogic in 2010. He directed GlobalLogic’s growth in Latin America through 2018. Over the years, he has founded multiple startups and served as an angel investor and advisor to entrepreneurs across various industries. He has extensive experience in leading international company growth, M&A, and financing. Since 2018, he has been an active board member and advisor, shaping strategic decisions and guiding innovation. Additionally, he is actively involved in regional tech and investment associations, enhancing industry collaboration and development.
